We’re looking for dynamic HVAC Service Sales Engineers who can sell service contracts, AMC, and retrofit solutions — not just equipment!
Your Day-to-Day:
Drive sales of HVAC service contracts to commercial & industrial clients
Prepare proposals, conduct site visits & offer tailored solutions
Meet sales targets and manage your pipeline effectively
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Attend industry events to expand your reach & visibility
What You’ll Need:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
3+ years in HVAC service sales (not equipment!)
Fluent in English; Arabic speakers preferred
CRM & MS Office skills
Valid UAE driving license
Who You Are:

Strong in consultative sales & client management
Already familiar with the UAE HVAC service market
