Key Responsibilities:
Drive business generation through advisory and financing transactions.
Identify, establish, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Generate investment proposals for equity participation and ensure high-quality portfolio management.
Supervise and coach a team of Relationship Managers, fostering performance excellence.
Monitor credit quality and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
Qualification & Experience:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred (from an HEC-recognized institution).
Experience: 5–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate and/or Investment Banking.
Core Skills:
Strong credit and financial analysis capabilities.
Proficiency in financial modeling and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, time management, and relationship management skills.
Sound understanding of client business models, industry trends, and market dynamics.
