Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support and manage marketing activities with our vendor and brand partners. The role focuses heavily on MDF (Marketing Development Funds) planning and claim management, outdoor/partner event coordination, and internal cross-functional communication. You will ensure all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, documented accurately, and reported on time.
Key Responsibilities
·Coordinate MDF funds with vendor and brand partners, including planning, allocation, utilization, documentation, and spend tracking for campaigns and events
·Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of outdoor and partner events, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, deliverables, and budget
·Oversee social media postings for the company and vendor campaigns, including content coordination, scheduling, and basic performance reporting
·Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and finance to ensure smooth execution of all marketing initiatives
·Maintain proper documentation, reports, and files for all marketing programs, events, and MDF-related activities
·Work closely with vendor marketing teams to ensure compliance with marketing requirements and timely claim submissions.
