Job Summary: The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier development, logistics, inventory management, and distribution within the Automotive OEM accessories and product development sector.

This role plays a critical leadership position in ensuring cost-effective, timely, and high-quality material availability, while supporting new product development (NPD), supplier capability building, and risk mitigation across global supply networks. The SCM Manager drives supply chain strategy, operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement to support business growth and operational scalability.

The position requires extensive global sourcing exposure, particularly across China, Asia, Europe, and India, strong supplier negotiation skills, deep understanding of automotive manufacturing environments, and close collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Quality, Production, and Commercial teams.
