Must Have:
- 5+ years as Project Manager / Scrum Master
- Strong technical exposure to AppDynamics, ELK, Micro Focus monitoring tools
- CSM / PSM certification
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Experience Snapshot:
- 8- 10+ years overall experience (IT/Banking)
- 8+ years in leadership roles
- 3+ Years as Technical PM for AppDynamics, ELK, Micro focused monitoring tools
- Proven people, vendor, and change management experience
Good to Have:
- Banking domain experience
- Cloud & DevOps background
