Key Responsibilities:
Environment Management:
Manage the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Dynamics365 environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production).
Deployment Support:
Coordinate and support code and solution deployments across environments, using tools like LCS and Azure DevOps.
Security Administration:
Define, manage, and audit security roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with organizational and client policies.
User Access Management:
Provision and de-provision user accounts, manage role assignments, and maintain access logs for audits.
System Monitoring & Performance:
Monitor application performance, diagnose issues, and implement solutions or escalate to appropriate teams.
Issue Resolution:
Respond to environment and security-related issues and service requests from internal teams and client stakeholders.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain detailed documentation for environments, deployments, access controls, and configurations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience as a Dynamics365 Administrator or in a similar systems admin role.
Strong understanding of the D365 Architecture, environment lifecycle, and security model.
Experience with Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure Active Directory, and Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with user provisioning, security role configuration, and access audits.
Ability to handle multiple projects and environments concurrently.
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure Administration.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
Experience in a consulting or multi-client environment is a plus.
Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
