Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement annual marketing and category plans
Manage category P&L and marketing budgets
Drive brand equity, awareness, and off-take
Lead market analysis and new product launches
Monitor and measure marketing campaign performance
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies
Oversee consumer and promotional packaging development
Plan and execute product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
3–5 years of experience in Food / FMCG manufacturing (mandatory)
Strong understanding of trade marketing and sales channels
Experience with market research and product lifecycle management
Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills
