• Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
• Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence
• Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Ensure smooth day-to-day executive office operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office
