📌 Qualification
• Strong experience in merchant acquiring, cards business, or payments industry
• Solid understanding of P&L, transaction-level revenue, and scheme cost dynamics
• Strong analytical skills with tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel, and reporting platforms
• Experience in portfolio management, pricing analysis, and KPI/dashboard development
• Good business acumen with ability to influence decisions through datas
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
📌Responsibility:
• Manage small merchant portfolio and improve key KPIs such as activation rate, GAV per customer, and profit per customer
• Design and execute merchant lifecycle management strategies, including onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation of dormant merchants and terminals
• Conduct portfolio analysis across small and mid-large merchants to identify trends, behavioral insights, and growth opportunities
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and quarterly business review reports for key stakeholders and senior management
• Support pricing strategy through data analysis, scenario modelling, and evaluation of promotional effectiveness
• Collaborate with product, sales, and business teams to support decision-making and improve merchant acquiring performance
• Translate business requirements into data models, reporting structures, and analytical insights
