1) #8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in banking, payments, financial services, fintech, or other regulated environments
2) Strong experience in digital assets, blockchain / DLT, or tokenization-related initiatives
3) Relevant experience in cross-border payments
4) Relevant experience in real-world asset tokenization
5) Strong experience capturing requirements involving compliance, AML, controls, and operational processes
6) Proven ability to work across business, operations, compliance, legal, and technology teams
