Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Odoo ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical understanding of Odoo, proven experience in managing multiple projects, and the ability to ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations across multiple projects
Gather, analyze, and translate client requirements into functional solutions
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders
Ensure proper module mapping, workflow design, and system configuration
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Maintain clear and consistent client communication and reporting
Ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
Oversee UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Odoo ERP project management
Strong understanding of Odoo modules, workflows, and integrations
Good knowledge of Odoo development concepts and architecture
Experience in handling client interactions and requirement gathering
Minimum 2–3 years of team management experience across multiple projects
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time
Strong expertise in process mapping and solution design
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in the UAE market
Exposure to industries such as real estate, contracting, or services
Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies
