Role Brief:
The FMS Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility management operations across our branches. This includes supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing service providers, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The role also involves monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, handling facility-related incidents, and ensuring optimal functionality of all systems within the facility.
Key Requirements:
Previous experience in facilities management within a healthcare environment is essential
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Proven ability to manage vendors and service contracts
