Ash & Harry is a luxury jewelry brand based in Dubai with two collections — minimalist everyday pieces and bold statement jewelry for weddings and special occasions. We serve a discerning clientele across the UAE and are expanding rapidly.

The Role

We’re looking for a confident, energetic, and polished individual to join us full-time in a two-part role:

◽Brand Presentation (Photography + Video) — Pose for product and lifestyle photography; comfortable speaking on camera in both Arabic and English; clearly describe product details in a warm, aspirational tone. Prior modeling or brand ambassador experience is a plus.

◽VIP Concierge Sales — Visit high-net-worth clients at their homes to present and sell collections; build lasting relationships and deliver an elevated in-person experience. Follow up with clients, introduce new arrivals, and drive repeat purchases.

*Due to client preferences for in-home VIP visits with female clients, female applicants are strongly preferred for this role.

What We’re Looking For

◽Fluent in Arabic and English (professional proficiency required for Emirati clientele)

◽Confident on camera and naturally articulate

◽Strong communication and relationship-building skills

◽Passion for jewelry, fashion, and luxury client service

◽Well-presented with professional grooming standards

◽Prior experience in luxury retail, sales, modeling, content creation, or hospitality a plus
