Responsibilties :-
🔸 Oversee and monitor the organization’s project portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and priorities.
Coordinate with departments and project owners to track project progress, milestones, risks, and overall performance.
🔸 Prepare periodic portfolio performance reports, executive dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
🔸 Identify portfolio-level risks, issues, and interdependencies, and recommend corrective and mitigation actions.
🔸 Follow up on project schedules, deliverables, and implementation plans to ensure timely execution and completion.
🔸 Ensure all project change requests, scope updates, and business requirements are properly documented, assessed, and monitored.
🔸 Maintain and update portfolio management systems, project documentation, and centralized project records.
🔸 Analyze project performance indicators (KPIs), budget utilization, and operational efficiency to support informed decision-making.
