We are seeking a highly technical AI Delivery Lead to bridge the gap between ambitious business goals and engineering execution.
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cloud-native AI solutions (Web/Mobile), ensuring they meet the high-security standards of the banking industry while maintaining an agile pace.
Banking Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the financial services sector, with a deep understanding of the security and compliance rigors associated with banking tech.
Delivery Leadership: Proven track record of leading complex delivery programs for cloud-based Web or Mobile applications.
Operations Background: Direct experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) or NOC (Network Operations Center) workflows is preferred, ensuring uptime and security are built-in, not bolted-on.
Cloud Fluency: Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture (Azure or AWS), specifically how modern applications consume AI services.
Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical trade-offs (e.g., latency vs. accuracy in AI) to non-technical business partners.
Change Management: Experience leading teams through the cultural shift of adopting AI-driven workflows.
