Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Conduct initial candidate screening calls
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Support end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple client requirements
Mandatory Requirements:
Prior recruitment agency / consultancy experience
1–3 years of recruitment experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good understanding of sourcing, screening, and candidate management
Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
