✔️ Strong knowledge of 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 products

✔️ Good understanding of 𝗨𝗔𝗘 𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 operations, workflows, and regulatory requirements

✔️ Proven experience providing 𝗟𝟮/𝗟𝟯 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 for critical banking applications

✔️ Strong expertise in 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 (𝗥𝗖𝗔), incident management, and problem resolution

✔️ Hands-on experience with 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝗔𝘇𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 practices, and cloud-based application support

✔️ Experience in 𝗔𝗣𝗜 testing and validation using 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗻

✔️ Strong exposure to 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

✔️ Ability to support production releases, change management, and post-deployment stability

✔️ Experience working with 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (LCs, Guarantees, Collections) and 𝗦𝗖𝗙 solutions

✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, multitasking, and prioritization skills

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

✔️ 5–7 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services

✔️ 2–3 years of experience in Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance domain

✔️ Experience within the UAE Banking Sector preferred

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related discipline

✔️ Agile Certification (CSPO / Scrum) will be an added advantage
