Key Requirements:
1. 8+ years of Techno-Functional experience in Oracle Utilities.
2. Multiple end-to-end implementations & support cycles in Power/Water domains.
3. Deep functional knowledge of Rates, Billing, Credit & Collections, VEE Rules, Device Management, TOU, and Remote Connect/Disconnect.
4. Strong technical background in OUAF development & deployments.
5. Proven ability to lead client discussions, review HLD/LLD, and deliver sustainable solutions.
6. A proactive mindset to identify automation opportunities and reduce L2/L3 tickets.
7. Oracle Certification in C2M, CC&B, or MDM is a must-have.
8. Strong stakeholder management and team mentoring skills.
