Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support the analysis, documentation, and delivery of business requirements across government sector initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, experience working within government entities, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Mandatory Requirements

Experience

- 6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.

-Previous experience working on Government Sector mega projects is mandatory.

-Experience in Digital Transformation, Business Process Improvement, or Enterprise Systems projects.

-Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and user story creation.

-Experience working in Agile environments.

Certifications

- IIBA Certification (ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP) is mandatory.

- Additional certifications such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP are considered a plus.

Language Skills

-Have verbal and written communication skills in English.

-Ability to conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings in English & Arabic.

-Professional documentation and presentation skills.

-Preferred Background

-Experience within government entities, ministries, authorities, or public sector organizations.

-Experience working directly with business owners and stakeholders.

-Consulting company backgrounds are not preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.

- Identify business needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

- Analyze current and future business processes.

Documentation

- Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

- Prepare process flows, business rules, and functional specifications.

- Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Owners, and Technical Teams.

- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions.

- Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivery teams.

Delivery Support

Technical & Professional Skills

Experience with Jira and Confluence.

Understanding of system integrations and APIs.

Knowledge of business process modeling techniques.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
