Key Responsibilities:
✅ Monitor and control food, beverage, retail, and operational costs
✅ Conduct regular inventory audits and stock reconciliations
✅ Analyze variances between actual and budgeted costs
✅ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
✅ Review purchasing transactions and supplier pricing
✅ Monitor wastage, shrinkage, and stock movement trends
✅ Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Store Management teams
✅ Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability improvement initiatives
✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
✔ Minimum 3-5 years of Cost Control experience within F&B, Retail, or Hospitality sectors
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory management, food cost analysis, and stock control procedures
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
✔ Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
