Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and execute country growth strategies
✅ Drive business development and secure major engineering projects
✅ Lead engineering operations and project delivery
✅ Manage P&L, budgeting, and commercial performance
✅ Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams
✅ Develop strong client relationships and lead contract negotiations
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
✔ MBA or Master’s degree is an advantage
✔ 10+ years of experience in Engineering, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, or Digital Engineering
✔ Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (Country Manager, General Manager, Operations Director, Business Unit Head, or similar)
✔ Proven experience in business development, project delivery, and P&L management
✔ Strong commercial, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
