Key Requirements:
✅ 7–10 years of experience in the construction industry
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC Design, Fire Fighting Design, Plumbing
✅ Proven UAE construction project experience
✅ Ability to design and size: Air Conditioning Equipment, HVAC Systems
✅ Experience in managing: Foremen, Site Manpower, Subcontractors
✅ Proficiency in : Shop Drawings, Method Statements, Material Submittals, Material Requisitions
✅ Demonstrated track record of successfully completed construction projects.
