Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct SharePoint Online security assessments and remediate security gaps
2. Manage permissions, RBAC, Microsoft Entra ID, and external sharing controls
3. Implement governance standards, lifecycle management, and Zero Trust principles
4. Monitor security posture through audit logs, compliance dashboards, and risk reporting
5. Respond to security incidents, investigate root causes, and implement preventive controls
6. Automate security reviews and reporting using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
7. Collaborate with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure secure collaboration across the organization
Key Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
2. 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration and security experience, including 3+ years focused on SharePoint Online & OneDrive security
3. Hands-on experience with SharePoint permissions, governance, oversharing remediation, and site lifecycle management
4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Entra ID, and Zero Trust architecture
5. Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10,000+ users)
6. ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, and Service Management)
Preferred Certifications:
1. Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert
2. Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
3. SC-400 – Information Protection & Compliance Administrator
4. CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (preferred)
