Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end banking technology and transformation projects
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resources
• Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and cross-functional teams
• Lead project governance and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare project status reports and executive updates
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, quality, and budget
Requirements
• 6–10 years’ experience for Mid-Level / 10–15+ years for Senior
• Strong Wholesale / Corporate / Transaction Banking experience
• Experience in Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending, or Treasury
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and project delivery experience
• Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid methodology experience
• Fixed Price / T&M / Deliverable-Based project experience preferred
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
