• Must have in-depth technical knowledge of Huawei firewalls IPsec VPN configuration, PAM (Privilege Access Management), TACACS, SIEM (Security Information & Event Management).
• Understanding of Access Control lists and Policy filters on High End Routers & Switches.
• Analyze network architecture and recommends policies and strategies for planning and coordinating the infrastructure upgrades.
• Diagnose problems and solve issues, often under time constraints
• Coordinate with security planning for all new projects and ensuring the best security practices and strategies are followed.
• Troubleshoot & Provide Level 1/2 support in order to diagnose all problems that may cause Service Degradation or Interruption in the Network Security Domain.
• Coordination with TAC regarding Hardware, Software & Network Problems and RMA for faulty equipment.
• Provide call out support on escalations 24*7.
• Hands-on experience of different information security products.
• Hands-on experience in identifying and implementing security controls.
• Good documentation and presentation skills.
• Security certifications: CCNP (Security)…etc.
• Experience of working in ITIL based operations Environment including but not limited to Change Management, Incident Management & Problem Management.
