Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, allied health staff) for various healthcare roles.
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure effective recruitment strategies.
3. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to interview coordination and onboarding.
4. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations in recruitment processes.
5. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions, agencies, and job portals.

Required Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in healthcare recruitment within the UAE.
2. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and healthcare industry requirements.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
