Job Title: Draftsman

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to prepare accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings for construction, steel structures, MEP, or fit-out projects. The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software, ensuring compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed technical drawings based on project specifications.
2. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for design revisions.
3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and UAE codes.
4. Maintain project documentation and as-built drawings.
5. Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and resolve discrepancies.
6. Stay updated on software tools and drafting techniques.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting (UAE/home country).
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
4. Knowledge of steel, MEP, or fit-out drawings.
5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
