Skills Required :-
12+ years of experience in business process analysis, optimization, and large-scale process transformation programs.
Proven experience applying Lean and SixSigma methodologies to improve processes in industries such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, or IT services.
Strong experience using process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, ARIS, Bizagi, Lucidchart).
Hands-on experience with process automation tools (e.g., RPA, work flow automation, BPM tools) is a plus.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), Minitab, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL.
Strong statistical and analytical skills to interpret process performance data and drive data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of business process modelling and notation (BPMN) frameworks.
