Job Summary:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong receivables management background, with overall accounting experience. In this role, you will oversee client accounts, ensure the effective management of outstanding debts, and play a key part in improving financial outcomes for both clients and the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, focusing on receivables and debt recovery. Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of outstanding debts.

Maintaining Accounts -Maintain P&L of the company's accounts, reports and analysis.

Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on account performance, including ageing reports, cash flow, and delinquency trends. Propose adjustments to strategies based on data insights.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all activities are in compliance with debt management regulations, best practices, and ethical standards.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (collections, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure effective resolution of client accounts and maintain strong relationships across departments.

Problem Resolution: Identify potential issues early and develop proactive solutions to mitigate risks or delays in collections.


Experience: At least 6-7 years of experience in accounting, with a receivables, and credit control role, with a proven track record in debt recovery and account management.

Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in debt management, credit control, financial services, or a related industry is highly preferred.

Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, ageing reports, and trends to create effective recovery plans.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to resolve complex issues professionally.


Education: A degree in Accounting, Must have UAE Experience, especially VAT

Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to debt management and receivables.

Proficiency in using accounting / ERP software.

Ability to work independently, managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.

Proven ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to develop strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.


Salary - AED 8,500-10,000 plus standard benefits as per UAE Labor Law
