Sales Operations:
*Booking / processing Purchase Orders in the System.
*2-3 years of experience in Sales Order Processing and Logistics
*Fulfillment of the order with the customer, that includes registration of the customer, payment collection follow-up, Pickup follow-up.
*Invoicing and updating with delivery .
*Proactive follow up with customers for their orders and providing the right information.
*Pending orders review and conversion with the sales team on a regular basis.
Procurement Across all regions:
*The person must have an experience in placing orders to the vendors.
*Manage collection and follow-up with vendors.
*Share the proper ETA with the customers and the sales team.
*Inventory Management, stock forecasting.
*POS reporting and managing RMA process for all brands.
Skills/Attributes required:
*Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
*Strong understanding of SOP systems, principles, and processes
*Accurate and timely data entry skills
*Experience in working with suppliers and customers to resolve order issues
*Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Experience in working in Orion System, not mandatory
