As a Norwegian Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing assistance through calls. You will also be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues. You should also be able to work in rotational shifts. Prior back-office experience will be a plus.
