Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients to identify their HR challenges, goals, and requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering high-quality, customized HR solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and solutions aligned with the client’s business objectives and the project’s timeline.
- Provide ongoing support and updates to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed.
- Develop programs to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide relevant advice.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR.
- Proven experience in consulting industry (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
