About the Role:
This role is integral to maintaining our company’s high standards in ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. The secondee will contribute to a variety of initiatives, including investigations, program development, and stakeholder engagement across departments such as Human Capital, Legal, and others.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver thorough investigations, drawing on both hands-on experience and formal training.
Conduct comprehensive assessments of applicable regulations, internal policies, and compliance procedures.
Collect and preserve relevant documents, records, and data to support investigation findings and defend against external scrutiny.
Analyze contracts, policies, procedures, and other key documentation to assess compliance.
Conduct interviews with employees and stakeholders to gather critical information.
Identify and evaluate areas of potential non-compliance, policy violations, or operational risks.
Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrates proven experience in conducting investigations within an ethics or compliance function.
Experience: 5–10 Years
Contract: 6 Months (Renewable)
