**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with expertise in Odoo ERP, proficient project management skills, and a talent for delivering client presentations and product demos. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing ERP implementations, client interactions, and solution delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee end-to-end ERP project implementations, specifically focusing on Odoo.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and client correspondence.

- Conduct comprehensive product demos and solution presentations for potential and existing clients.

- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and expectations.

- Create project documentation, status reports, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders.

- Identify and address project risks and obstacles to guarantee successful project completion.

- Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

- Uphold high levels of client satisfaction and offer continuous post-implementation assistance.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in ERP environments.

- Profound hands-on knowledge of Odoo ERP.

- Demonstrated expertise in delivering client demos and managing pre-sales presentations.

- Possession of PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is advantageous.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

- Experience with both on-premise and cloud ERP implementations.

- Sound comprehension of business processes in finance, manufacturing, sales, and inventory.
