We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead digital transformation and AI-focused initiatives within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, and advanced process and project coordination.
Requirements:
• 9–10 years of project management experience
• Experience managing interdependent sizable programs
• Proven ability to manage all project activities within TMO
• Expertise in stakeholder communication and transformation activities
• Strong coordination and training arrangement skills
• Ability to deliver program updates and packs within tight deadlines
• Skilled in leading meetings for consensus and alignment
• Experience in maintaining and tracking risk registers
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Plan, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Experience presenting to senior forums
• Advanced skills in project management/co-ordination and process analysis
• Intermediate knowledge of business process management and BI tools/analytics
• Basic understanding of change management
• Background in banking with Digital SME experience
• Data and technology process understanding preferred
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• PMP certification
• Experience delivering Agile and Waterfall projects
