Candidate must have a min. of 5 years experience in Healthcare sector, preferably Hospital in UAE.
Must be Bilingual
Build and maintain strong client relationships with HR departments, wellness coordinators, and decision-makers
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and expansion targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver customized service solutions
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking sessions
Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across sectors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or business development — preferably in healthcare, Hospitals or Clinics.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Valid Driving License is mandatory
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
