We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and expansion across KSA's thriving beauty market!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Lead & exceed sales targets across key territories
Build & manage distributor/retailer networks
Drive brand visibility through strategic activations
Lead a high-performing sales team of 8-15 professionals
Collaborate with marketing on trade campaigns
Represent the company at major trade events & exhibitions
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: 10-14 years in FMCG/Beauty/Healthcare sales leadership in KSA
Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation (Marketing/Sales preferred)
Age: 35-45 years
Languages: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus!)
Leadership: Proven track record of building winning teams
Cultural Fit: Understanding of KSA retail & regulatory landscape
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Strong negotiation & closing skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, Power BI

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9 AM - 6 PM
