This role involves end-to-end payroll processing, attendance and leave management, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws, along with supporting HR admin and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process monthly payroll. (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions)
2. Maintain accurate employee records and leave balances.
3. Prepare pay slips, leave salaries, EOS, and loan settlements.
4. Reconcile payroll data with Finance and support audits.
5. Generate monthly/year-end HR & payroll reports.
6. Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
7. Administer medical and group life insurance updates.
8. Support internal/external audits and ensure legal compliance.
9. Perform HR admin tasks and assist senior management as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of UAE payroll/HR experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics, Menaitech).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Detail-focused, discreet, and organized.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
