Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, Finance.
• Advance knowledge of MS Office
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a reputable international bank or IT company
• Minimum of 2 years of experience within an analytical and MI role
• Relevant experience (MI reporting and audit) with understanding of BBG requirements.
• Ability to check and validate MS office macros and reports, strong analytical control mid set
Responsibility:
• Prepare a robust functioning MIS (Management Information System)
• Ensure all reports are upto date, checked and published to the top management and respective stake holders
• Liaise with Operations and R&C teams to ensure the correctness of data being circulated
• Ensure MIS is mined correctly with appropriate back up to avoid data loss.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports as per policy and agreement in management meetings.
• Perform sample checks on the KYC officer data to ascertain no gaps in policies.
