Qualifications:
Proven experience managing AI or automation projects in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of OCR technologies, AI/ML concepts, Prompt engineering, Large language models and document processing workflows.
Familiarity with banking documentation (e.g., KYC, loan applications, statements).
PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of the OCR project—from planning and vendor selection to deployment and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, compliance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs; monitor progress and manage risks.
Oversee the training and fine-tuning of AI models for document classification, data extraction, and validation.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards in all OCR-related processes.
Drive user adoption through training, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
