Sales Operation Responsibilities:
·Booking and processing customer Purchase Orders in the system/ERP
·Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Order Processing and Logistics
·Fulfilling customer orders including:
Ø Pickup follow-up and delivery coordination
Ø Internal team coordination for smooth order processing
·Invoicing and updating customers with delivery details
·Proactive follow-up with customers for order status and updates
·Regular review of pending orders and coordination with the sales team for conversion
·Sharing accurate ETAs with both internal teams and customers
·Providing clear, concise, and timely updates to customers
Skills / Attributes Required:
·Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Strong understanding of the sales order lifecycle and SOP systems.
·Attention to detail and timely, accurate data entry.
·Experience in handling customer escalations
·Experience working with suppliers and customers to resolve order issues.
·Strong problem-solving skills and coordination abilities
·Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
·Exposure to Orion or similar ERP systems preferred.
