After-Sales Manager to lead and manage commercial vehicles after-sales operations, including service, spare parts, warranty, and customer support. The role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, driving service revenue, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage after-sales teams (service, parts, warranty).
Oversee workshop operations, ensuring quality and timely service.
-Drive spare parts sales and manage inventory effectively.
-Handle warranty claims in line with OEM guidelines.
-Develop customer retention and fleet service programs.
-Monitor P&L, budgets, and KPIs for after-sales performance.
-Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or Business.
-7+ years’ experience in after-sales management (commercial vehicles preferred).
-Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
-Solid knowledge of vehicle technology and workshop operations.
-Proven track record of achieving service and parts targets.
