Experience - Minimum 1-2 years of experience from Banking in Contact Center/ Call Center

· Ensure timely follow-up on all customer interactions, fulfilling any requests and resolving issues as promised.
· Address customer complaints professionally and work towards efficient problem resolution.
· Maintain and update customer data and information regularly to ensure accuracy.
· Provide management with consistent and actionable customer feedback.
