We are seeking a motivated Bakery B2B Sales Specialist to grow sales of our bakery products within the hospitality and food service sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients in the HORECA sector.
  • Promote and sell bakery products to hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in bakery, FMCG, or food service.
  • Strong network within hotels, restaurants, and cafés is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • English and Arabic languages on strong level.
