Description:
Chocolala LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Controller to join its growing team in the UAE. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain processes who can ensure accurate stock control and efficient inventory movement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, maintaining accurate records, preparing inventory reports, and coordinating with different departments to ensure optimal stock availability while supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Coordinate stock transfers, deliveries, product tagging, and inventory processing.
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
• Generate purchase reports, pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory performance reports.
• Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts while reporting discrepancies to management.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory data, and pricing information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems (ERP experience is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including up to 12-hour shifts when required.
• Flexible to work additional hours and on-call assignments when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Willingness to work outside the UAE if required.
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory management systems and ERP software
• Inventory reconciliation, cycle counting, and stock control
• Microsoft Excel, supply chain reporting, and logistics operations
