Job Description

  • Assist in managing and supervising administrative and operational aspects of assigned projects from project award to completion.
  • Work on projects related to operation improvements, guest satisfaction and market research.
  • Work hand in hand with the General Manager’s Personal Assistant & in-charge of Quality for the fulfilment of assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with Talent & Culture Department with reviewing the processes and making all necessary amendments to be in line with the changing requirements of the hotel.
  • Support the Finance Department in reviewing reports and internal controls in compliance with all policies.
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service with internal and external guests.
  • Actively re-evaluating internal spending’s
  • Take active part in any Accor related audit and lead self-assessment.
  • Conduct internal quality audit and prepare reports with findings.
  • Adapt working with different sets of people and in different departments at any given day.
  • Main duty is to gain as much knowledge of the organization, the culture, the workplace and processes.
  • Become aware of the international policies and practices of the organization.
  • Spend time observing experienced staff of the organization in order to learn about the necessary methods and procedures.
  • Involve the senior management in setting goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress with the help of key staff of the organization.
  • Learn about the inner workings of the different departments of the organization.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • A student of 3rd or 4th year in Hospitality School or a recent graduate.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Must be excellent using computer and well versed in all computer applications.
  • Positive attitude and good communicator.
  • Ability to plan and organize workload.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A methodical and logical approach.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Highly responsible & reliable.
