We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Market Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will support research, administrative tasks, project publishing, and product database management while ensuring smooth and accurate operations across the platform.

Key Activities

The operational responsibilities of this position include:

• Conduct online research to identify interior design and construction projects.
• Reach out to design consultants, project managers, and contractors via phone and email to collect, verify, and update project information.
• Coordinate follow-ups to ensure all information is accurate and complete.
• Organize and maintain project records in the internal system with high accuracy.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and assist in team check-ins to share updates on ongoing tasks.
• Upload approved project details to the website using WordPress and format content professionally.
• Support promotion of completed projects through newsletters and social media.
• Maintain and update FF&E product records on LTD product pages, ensuring data accuracy before publishing.
• Coordinate with the Development team on product page updates, features, and bulk uploads via APIs or manually.
• Engage with clients and industry professionals to gather feedback on products.
• Handle customer inquiries related to product content.
• Support company participation at events, exhibitions, and conferences.
• Maintain accurate logs of research activities and daily interactions in the internal management system.

Ideal Candidate Charatcheristics

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, research-intensive, or data-oriented role.
• Good organizational, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Market Research, Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Passionate about Architecture, Interior Design, or the creative industries.
