Job Overview
GCC Real Estate is looking for motivated and confident Real Estate Agents to join its Business Bay team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in Dubai's competitive real estate market, with structured training and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new property sales and rental opportunities.
- Generate leads and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful transactions.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closing of deals.
- Maintain regular communication with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, projects, prices, and regulations.
- Achieve individual sales and commission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and transactions.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Sinhala language skills preferred , but candidates from other backgrounds are welcome.
- UAE-based candidates preferred.
- Previous UAE real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory .
- Freshers are welcome .
- Confident, ambitious, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
