Real Estate Graduate Trainee (Freshers)

About the Role:

This is your gateway to a lucrative career in Dubai real estate. Our structured Graduate Trainee Program is designed to transform driven individuals with no prior experience into confident, successful Property Consultants. You will receive full, paid training and mentorship from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Intensive Training: Successfully complete all modules of our training program, including Dubai market fundamentals, sales techniques, RERA law & ethics, property valuation, and CRM software.
• Shadowing & Learning: Accompany senior consultants on client meetings, viewings, and negotiations to gain practical, on-the-job experience.
• Lead Generation Practice: Learn and apply fundamental lead generation techniques under supervision, building initial confidence and pipeline.
• Administrative Proficiency: Master the back-office processes for document preparation, listing entry, and client follow-up to support the sales team.
• Career Progression: Upon successful completion of the training program (typically 2-3 months), you will transition to a Junior Property Consultant role with your own targets and portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• No prior real estate experience required. A passion for sales and property is essential.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and not afraid of hard work.
• Professional demeanor and a strong customer service orientation.
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain the RERA Certificate (company will guide).
