Meraki Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Engineer - Electrical to join our ambitious team. This role is tailored for recent graduates or individuals with minimal experience who are eager to learn and gain hands‑on experience in electrical engineering within the construction industry. As a Trainee Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced engineers and contribute to various electrical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior engineers in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems.
• Participate in site visits to observe and understand electrical installations and project requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings.
• Help in the review of electrical shop drawings and material submittals.
• Contribute to troubleshooting and the resolution of electrical issues encountered on-site.
• Engage in team meetings and collaborate throughout various phases of electrical projects.
• Continuously develop knowledge of industry standards and electrical engineering practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in the electrical engineering field (internships and co‑op experience included).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and engineering principles.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or other design tools is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a keen willingness to learn.
